Well, MY 2002 R1150RA most emphatically surges.  Before back problems
knocked me out of the saddle for several months, it was a glaring flaw in an
otherwise splendid machine.  After I could ride again, it was an endearing
foible.  I suppose it will annoy me again eventually, but not enough to
dual-plug.
