Okay try this little real world experiment.  If your tire has a balance
weight on it remove it and go ride(this would be better if you had a friend
do a double placebo test so to speak-either remove it or not and let you
ride then either remove it or not and let you ride with him only knowing
which ride was which-do this a few times for validity).  Did you correctly
identify which ride was which?  Could you really tell the difference or were
you guessing?
