Try Condon & Skelly Insurance in Maple Shade, NJ (800) 257-9496.  I 
have a 1972 Honda Trail 90 insured for $55/year.  The actual insurance 
cost is $39, but the minimum premium is $55.  I also had a 1971 BSA 
insured with them for the same price.

To qualify for antique insurance, the the motorcycles have to be over 
25 years old and ridden under 2500 miles/year.
