There appears to be some ambiguity with the wording in the article. They may 
be referring to the production in *Japan* being moved to a single factory. 
Assuming that is the correct interpretation, the consolidation will make 
that one factory, according to the article, "the *global* leader factory
in the production of motorcycles and ATVs" (emphasis is mine). Still, a huge 
accomplishment, not the same as moving all production in the world to that 
single factory.
