Monday afternoon the prep work for floating the walls was done. Don't know when they will actually be here to apply the mud. The cabinet makers stopped by Wednesday to take some measurements. While they were here I noticed that a lighting box had been covered with wallboard. Oops. Better to find it now than after the mud and stone goes up.

Friday morning we found the covered lighting box. A bit of work with a utility knife and it was covered no longer. Then mortar went up on two of the walls. They'll finish the job Monday or Tuesday.
