  • Remove Tail light bucket, Rear wheel, Rear brake linkage, and Rear mudguard
  • Remove Final drive, Swing-arm, and Rear shocks
  • Remove Air cleaner, Air tubes, Clutch lever, and Transmission
  • Remove Fuel tank, Footpegs, and Exhaust system
  • Remove Horn, Front engine cover, Breather cover, Generator wiring, Vibration damper, Generator, Carburetor slides, end Engine
  • Remove Carb slides, Carburetors, Throttle and clutch cables, Front brake cable, and Grips
  • Final drive disassembly, Final drive gears, and bead blasted case

  • Circuit board diagram, Remove headlight, speedometer cable, Indicator lights, Wiring Harness, and Headlight bucket ears

  • Remove front wheel, front wheel seal, front shocks, front mud guard, and swing-arm hole plugs
  • Remove handlebars, steering damper, friction plate, front forks, steering bearings, name plate, and center stand
  • Dismantle Horn/light switch, front shocks, front swing-arm, and swing-arm grease fitting
  • Dismantle rear shocks, problem front shock, polish shock parts, dismantle front brake, and carb rebuild kit arrives
  • Bead blast front brake housing, true carburetors flanges, disassemble, clean, and assemble carburetors, remove frame modification

  • Steering stem repair, front swing arm bearings, Frame repairs, speedometer repair, and wheel bearing removal
  • Remove cylinder heads, Rocker arm assembly, Right cylinder, Right piston, Left cylinder, and Left piston

  • Remove clutch, Camshaft, and cam followers
  • Remove (attempt) drive shaft bell, Flywheel, Front bearing w/carrier, Front oil slinger, Crankshaft, Rear bearing, and Rear oil slinger
  • Cleaning slingers, Remove drive shaft bell, Oil pan, and Oil strainer

  • Case masking and blasting, Checking clutch lever pin and headlight ears, Cleaning hardware

  • Bead blasted slingers, Brazed headlight mounts, Paint stripping, Frame components for powder coating, New side stand, and front brake assembly
  • Bottom end parts, Work area prep, remove rear camshaft bearing, clean/check camshaft front bearing and gear, install front main bearing
  • Install rear slinger, crank, front slinger and bearing (practice run)
