The Breakfast Club: Old Town Bistro
The restaurant used to be named the Golden Egg Omelet House. When they decided to open for dinner they figured a name change was in order. Would you go to the Golden Egg Omelet House for dinner?
We almost didn’t get there. The group order was jumbled going through SF, leaving me in the lead going across the GG bridge. I took an alternate exit off of 101. Even though we tell ourselves that when you ride with us you ride alone the other riders followed. Except for the riders who’d passed us earlier and were waiting at the restaurant.
It was a nice change of scenery and not really out of the way… until I missed the left turn that takes you to the restaurant. Only Dave G followed. It was only a half-a-block detour before a U-turn brought us back.
Pictures from Major WWWobble. Tom and I tried Dan’s latest baby bike on for size. It doesn’t fit. It apparently is capable of rattling headlamp bulbs out of their socket. Impressive.
Dave’s R11RS has a well lubricated center and side stand. Ramon suggests that it might be the oil pressure sender that’s leaking.
And an image of the baby Duc from me.
At least it looks like a baby sitting next to the two Honda behemoths.
