Gardnerville, 2007

Another year, another trip to Gardnerville for dinner and the awarding of the boot to a deserving member. This year's recipient was not present which is reason enough to get the boot.

I started off the ride by leaving an hour and twenty minutes late. That didn't stop me from taking a picture of the bike in the driveway, ready to ride. I got to the Orchard just as most of the other riders were leaving. After breakfast I took SR 4 and SR 89 to US 395. At the top of 89 I took a little detour off the pavement just to see where the dirt road went. It went a lot further than I wanted to go alone. On to Gardnerville.
