Yes, the problem with the alternator is because it's running in oil bath.
At least I was told that.
I know nothing about the turbo model but the 650 is a super good engine. One
of the guy in our Vintage m.c. club built a tri-wheeler which is powered by
the CX650 and he is flying at 100 mph.
If you like I can send you photos.
I can also ask an ex-Honda dealer friend of mine about the turbo??
