Fair enough. Given the list owner's comments, I will continue to post 
here until such time that it is judged as inappropriate by the list owner.

Spy shots of a hexhead RT are showing up in various web forums. Debate 
rages over whether the incredibly ugly bodywork is the real thing or 
merely a disguise.

That much is obvious, but to answer the original question, I believe BMW 
referred to the bike as that in some promotional document.
