oil change

Hey!
I am going to change the oil in my '04 RT today and I realized I don't
have tourque spec for tightening the drain bolt and filter. I hate to
be too loose on these. The Haynes manual for my'97 RT[1] says 32nm and
11 respectively, have things changed?
Fare thee well for I remain Falvio and you are my people.
[1] Which is for sale : Hayned manual for R850 & 1100 '93 to '97. and a
top box.
