Cam Chain tensioner

Has anyone seen a price better that $200 for the new left side cam 
tensioner? This is part 11 31 2 325 563, and exerts a stronger force 
on the cam chain, which reduces the tendency of the intake valve cam 
to change chain velocity. It also holds oil so there's less clatter 
at startup.

Chicago BMW has it for just over $200, their best price used to be 
$163. Is this jump seen across all dealers, perhaps another result of 
our weaker dollar?
